Recognition Brick Program

The FORS Recognition Brick kiosk is located on the entrance walkway to Rainbow Springs State Park (Headsprings). The bricks, engraved with *a brief personal message, are available for purchase ($50 each). The application for the purchase of a brick can be completed on this page or you can mail a check to:

Funds from the sale of the bricks are used by FORS to support Rainbow Springs State Park.

*Character limitation on each brick is restricted 16 per line, including spaces up to 3 lines.

* Terms such as "in memory of" or "in honor of" or birth/death dates cannot be used. We reserve the right to reject or ask for modification of a message if it would degrade the natural, cultural, recreational, and interpretive resources of the park or otherwise interfere with the visitor's enjoyment of the park's aesthetic value.

The Park / CSO are not obligated to maintain or replace any onsite recognition if it is vandalized, lost, stolen, otherwise destroyed or needs to be relocated because of necessary park operations.
